The Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (AVFRD) was founded in 1944 under the motto of "Neighbors Helping Neighbors".  Much has changed over the last 65 years, but we have remained committed to the original goal of keeping our community safe.  We now respond to emergency calls from Station 6 in Ashburn and Station 22 in Lansdowne.

To help continue our tradition of high quality service, we have developed events with opportunity for corporate and business sponsorship.  In the spirit of our motto, our plan is to help each other.  By sponsoring an event, your company will receive additional marketing exposure as well as access to showcase your business at that event.
